Orders are failing, but I need to know whether this is really a payments-path incident or a broader backend mess. Using roughly the last six hours of telemetry, tell me which HTTP endpoint owns the most true 5xx request failures in the request logs, about how many it generated, and roughly what share of all 5xx request failures that path accounts for. Then use a representative trace for that same path to tell me which backend service first fails and give me one trace id you actually saw.
